Using a pencil and a ruler, once you have traced the mark from the heel to the big toe or, to the longest toe, take the measurement and then compare it with the size chart. This gives you the length of your foot in centimeters (Cm).
Notice: For Sports & Running Shoes Like Adidas & Puma add 1-1.5 centimeters to the length. This will give you the correct length to match the right shoe size guide. This extra space gives your feet room to warm up and expand during your run.

The shell is made with Polartec® fabric that helps provide warmth without weight, plus additional panels in 100% recycled Nylon. The lining is made of ReBOTL™ fabric containing at least 40% recycled PET plastic. This jacket features the convenience of a full-zip opening, zip underarm vents, and zip-up chest & hip pockets to help you keep track of your essentials.
