Using a pencil and a ruler, once you have traced the mark from the heel to the big toe or, to the longest toe, take the measurement and then compare it with the size chart. This gives you the length of your foot in centimeters (Cm).

Notice: For Sports & Running Shoes Like Adidas & Puma add 1-1.5 centimeters to the length. This will give you the correct length to match the right shoe size guide. This extra space gives your feet room to warm up and expand during your run.

- This is our preferred jacket for everyday running. This running jacket is designed to help you keep your body and mind in motion. Its fabric is water-repellent and includes side zippered pockets, elasticated sleeves, and an adjustable hood, which makes it functional for running in inclement weather. At least 50% of the garment's main material is made with recycled content to reduce waste and carbon emissions.
